A little bit about LoLo...
Lauren LoGrasso or as her friends call her, Lolo, is a young lass with a BFA in Theatre and a BA in Communication, from Michigan State University. Yes folks, two degrees! Can someone say, “Knowledge!” Because LL can! Lauren began her love affair with the arts at the tender age of four when she saw a production of Little Princess at a local community Theatre, turned to her Mom Jo Ann and said, "Mommy, I want to do that!" And from the dream role of 'Hill Child One' in The Sound of Music to her most recent role of Barbara in Boom, she has loved every moment of it.
As a youngster Lauren loved acting because it made her feel alive and she liked being the center of attention. But as a young adult studying her craft, she has come to realize what acting is really about for her: recreating this beautiful, horrible, hilarious, painful gift that human life is. What an honor to be able to call acting her life's purpose. She cannot think of a better way to express her deep love for humanity, and feels so lucky to have found her soul's work.
When Lauren is not acting she enjoys singing, writing poetry and comedy and her inspirational blog, “The Wobbly Times", attempting to learn various instruments, dancing, yoga, volunteering with the elderly, watching any sort of art transpire, running, DJing on the radio, communicating with fascinating people, hanging out with her beautiful friends and family, laughing and enjoying the many gifts in her life. Enjoy this website and positive thoughts your way!
